This User Terms of Service, together with all official supplementary management rules of Screw Neko: Cat Girl, constitutes a binding legal agreement between all game users and our official operating team. All behaviors including downloading, installing, launching, logging in and using all functions and game content of Screw Neko: Cat Girl mean that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this agreement. If you disagree with any clause of these Terms of Service, you are not allowed to install, launch, log in or use any game functions and services of this product.

Age Restrictions & Minor Protection Rules

Screw Neko: Cat Girl is a casual interactive mobile game positioned for users aged 18 and above. Our team does not actively collect any personal information of minors and will never take the initiative to obtain private data from underage users. • Running automatic tapping, automatic operation and loop execution tools to replace manual operation and realize automatic gameplay brushing and reward acquisition.

• Using external macros, third-party auxiliary software and vulnerability exploitation means to break game rules and illegally obtain in-game coins, skins, props and other benefits.

• Any other behaviors that violate public order and good customs, damage platform security and disrupt normal game operation order.

Service Agreement Revision & Update Rules

The operating team of Screw Neko: Cat Girl reserves the right to adjust, revise and update these Terms of Service and supporting platform management rules at any time according to business development, product iteration and legal compliance requirements. All revised agreement contents will be uniformly released on our official website aplexton.com, and the updated clauses will take effect immediately after publication.

Your continued use of game services after the agreement update is deemed as your full recognition and acceptance of the revised terms. We may send update reminders through official notification channels. If you refuse to accept the updated agreement rules, you must immediately stop all use behaviors of this game, and we have the right to terminate your game service authorization.

User Service Authorization License

Authorization Scope

On the premise that you fully abide by all terms of this agreement and platform rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable personal authorization to use the game. You are only allowed to log in and use Screw Neko: Cat Girl for personal daily leisure and entertainment purposes, and any commercial operation, profit-making and secondary development use are strictly prohibited.

Usage Restrictions

You shall not violate the following usage specifications during the use of the game. Once any violation occurs, we have the right to immediately suspend or permanently recover your game use qualification, and you shall independently bear all corresponding legal responsibilities:

• Violating national laws, regulations and intellectual property protection related provisions.

• Publishing, disseminating or uploading insulting, abusive, discriminatory, vulgar, illegal and immoral text, pictures, videos and other content, disturbing the game community atmosphere and insulting official staff and other users.

• Using plug-ins, cracking tools, bots, vulnerability scripts and other illegal means to modify game logic, attack game servers and interfere with normal game operation.

• Intentionally attacking game servers, spreading network viruses, invading platform data, tampering with game data and leaderboard information, and exploiting game vulnerabilities to obtain improper benefits.

• Damaging the legitimate rights and interests of the game platform, operating team and other legitimate users.

Our team has the sole right to judge all violation behaviors and can take corresponding disposal measures including but not limited to clearing illegal data, deleting illegal content, freezing accounts and permanently banning accounts.

Liability Exclusion & Indemnification Clause

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, Screw Neko: Cat Girl and its operating team shall not be liable for any indirect losses including but not limited to profit loss, data loss, business interruption and economic loss caused by your own operation errors, network failures, third-party behaviors or force majeure factors.

This liability exclusion rule is not applicable to personal injury and property loss caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. All statutory consumer rights protected by local laws will not be excluded by this agreement.

You agree to fully indemnify and protect Screw Neko: Cat Girl, its operators, employees and affiliated institutions from all third-party claims, economic losses, litigation costs and attorney fees arising from your violation of this agreement or illegal use of game services.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and all disputes arising from the use of Screw Neko: Cat Girl game services shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. In case of any dispute between you and the official operating team, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation and official customer service feedback channels (official website: aplexton.com).

If the negotiation fails, both parties can solve the dispute through the local competent judicial authority. EU users can initiate dispute settlement and litigation in local European judicial institutions in accordance with local laws.

Separability Clause

If any clause of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent judicial authority due to regional legal rules, the invalidity of the individual clause will not affect the legal validity of the remaining all clauses, which will continue to be fully implemented.

Agreement Transfer Right

The official team of Screw Neko: Cat Girl reserves the right to transfer all rights and obligations of this service agreement in whole or in part in the event of enterprise merger, acquisition, asset reorganization and business adjustment, without prior notification and consent from users. Users are not allowed to transfer their game use rights and agreement obligations to any third party without our official written approval.

Supplementary Rules

The official team may issue supplementary rules and independent management specifications for individual game functions from time to time according to product operation needs. All supplementary rules have the same legal binding force as this agreement, and your continued use of game services will be deemed as acceptance of the supplementary rules.

Waiver Right Specification

Force Majeure Exemption

The official team shall not be liable for service interruption, delay in service performance and user loss caused by uncontrollable factors beyond human prediction, including natural disasters, extreme weather, network failures, power outages, government policy adjustments, social emergencies and other force majeure events.
